The place is modern and fairly clean, everything is fabulous, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is wonderfully helpful and well-trained, and the owner too. The hotel is in the centre of the city in the awesome zone. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have a lot of meals...

The complimentary historical tours provided a unique insight into Plovdiv's rich culture and heritage.
I would have appreciated a 24-hour reception for added convenience, especially during late-night inquiries.

The great thing is location in the center of the city. As I remember, there were good choice of restaurants to eat, like Gusto Ristorante & Pizza that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The rooms are new-fashioned with big size bathrooms and have a nice interior. The service at the courtyard is top-notch.

The preserved Roman bath beneath the hotel was a surprising highlight. Breakfasts were fantastic, with a diverse selection of delicious items. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views of Plovdiv, although I couldn't use it much during the day due to the summer heat. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with thoughtful details. There was some minor noise from passing cars, despite the soundproofing. The combination of history and modern amenities.

The rooftop terrace offers fine views that enhance the overall experience. Breakfast options stand out, particularly the delicious sausages and the variety of fresh fruit. The bathroom could benefit from more lighting, and while the decor is modern, it sometimes felt overly minimalistic. It's also worth noting that the staff could improve their responsiveness during busy times.
